  • You will see a drop-down to select the state you are from, please select “Mizoram”. Once you enter the state name, you will be redirected to the state-specific Chief Electoral Officer page.

  • If you choose to create a new account, you will be asked to enter basic details like your first name, last name, email ID, mobile number, and your gender.
  • Enter all the details and proceed. Once you have successfully filled all the information, your login credentials will be sent to your registered email ID.
  • Please find “Form 6” on the website and download the same. It can also be called “Application for including the name in assembly constituency voters list”.
  • You will be asked to enter basic details like your full name, your marital status, gender, permanent address, and date of birth. Enter all the mandatory details, sign where required, and affix a passport size photograph in the space provided on the top of the page.
  • Upload your duly-filled form and all supporting documents and click on the “submit” option.
  • Once you have submitted, a reference number will be generated which you can use to track the status of your application.

  • Ask for “Form 6” or “Application for including the name in assembly constituency voters list.
