  • Visit the Election Commission official website.
  • Select the state as “Meghalaya” from the drop-down. Once you have selected the state name, you will be redirected to the state-specific Chief Electoral Officer page.
  • In the state-specific Chief Electoral Officer page, you will be asked to log in to your account. If you have already registered and have your username and password, login to your account. If you haven’t registered before, click on the “Register” button.
  • Once you click on the “Register” button, you will be asked to enter basic details like your first name, last name, email ID, mobile number, and your gender to create an account.
  • Enter all the mandatory details asked and click on “Continue”. Once you have clicked on the “Continue” tab, your new login credentials will be sent to your registered email ID.
  • Once you log in to your account, you will be prompted to change your password to keep your account secure.
  • Change your password and proceed. On your dashboard, you will find “Form 6” or “Application for including name in assembly constituency voters list” option. Click one of these options.
  • You will be asked to fill a form and attach a passport size color photograph on this page.
